Guess I ought to qualify the pink hat statement by saying that it's actually a pink and black hat, the
colours of Palermo, who I went to see when on holiday in Sicily last month.

Not that there's anything wrong with wearing pink, you understand ...

2 reasons for going round the houses spring to mind.

1. Avoids the chances of bumping into the local likely lads.

2. Arriving 2 mins late for KO meant we weren't subject to the behaviour of a small group of people in the same stand as me (I'm not gonna call them Leeds fans since I don't want to associate myself with them) who saw fit to defile the memory of one of the greatest players these islands have ever produced just because he played for MUFC.
